Residence and Naturalisation

The Migration Department of the Integration Office at Neuss City Administration is responsible for all foreign nationals who have registered their main residence in Neuss.

If immigration from abroad or from another town or city is imminent, the individuals concerned or unpaid volunteers, for example, cannot yet know how the registration process works, which documents are required or where to find the relevant contact persons. For this purpose we have summarised the most important information on this:

The Integration Office of the City of Neuss consists of the Integration and Migration Departments.
The contact persons are located on the ground floor of the town hall and on the first floor.
The easiest way to find them is through Town Hall entrance 2.

When?

The office hours correspond to the general office hours of the city council. This means:

Monday – Wednesday: 8 am – 4 pm
Thursday: 1 pm – 6 pm
Friday: 8 am – 12.30 pm

Important!

However, it should be borne in mind that appointments have to be made for the application for residence permits and naturalisations. These can be carried out at the Service Point of the Integration Office. There you can also pick up the requested residence titles without an appointment after they have been processed. The Service Point is the first point of contact at the Integration Office. Here you can obtain general information on all matters at any time.
